Since opening its doors in October of 2011, Crop Bistro & Bar has steadily developed a reputation as being one of Cleveland’s most unique venues for private events.

Having executed over 500 private events in just over 2 years, Crop’s straightforward and structured approach makes it exceptionally easy to entertain guests in a fine dining setting.

Booking

Crop’s Private Event bookings revolve around minimum food and beverage spends that are dependent on both the venue and day of the week. Please inquire for more information at  216-696-2767.

Pricing Details

  • Food Costs - Price of dinners is based upon chosen set menu; Price of hors d’oeuvres is based on specific order
  • Beverage Costs - Based on consumption (Alcohol packages not available)
  • Sales Tax (8%)
  • Service Fee (25%)

 

The Spaces:

The Vault

Located downstairs through Chef Steve Schimoler’s research/preparatory kitchen, the refinished bank vault can accommodate groups of up to 120 for sit-down dinners. Booking of this space includes use of the Vault Lobby, which easily holds up to 60 guests for a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres hour prior to dinner.

The Crop Shop

Adjacent to the main dining floor, the Crop Shop makes it possible to host a semi-private dinner in the splendor of the main dining room. The space can accommodate up to 32 guests for sit-down dinners and up to 60 guests for cocktail and hors d’oeuvres gatherings.

The Conference Room

Located down through Chef Steve’s research/preparatory kitchen and beyond the Vault, the conference room is ideal for the boardroom style dinner or gathering. This space can accommodate a maximum of 30 guests for sit-down dinners.
