3 oz. Tomato Vodka
½ oz. balsamic reduction
Dry shake basil, add tomato vodka, double strain into martini glass. Add balsamic reduction. Garnish with caprese skewer (1 mozz ball, 1 cherry tomato, 1 piece basil)

Strawberry Breeze

2 oz. Strawberry Infused Vodka
½ oz. lemon basil simple syrup
Juice of ½ lemon
Combine all ingredients, shake, strain into martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel strawberry flag

Ride the Lightning

2 oz. House Spiced Rum
1 oz Fresh Ginger Syrup
½ oz. Cocchi Americano Bianco
Juice of ½ lime
2 dash lemon bitters
Combine all ingredients, shake, strain into coupe, top with prosecco. Garnish with lemon peel

Back Porch Margarita

1.5 oz. Hornitos Plata tequila
½ oz. Cointreau
2 oz. fresh watermelon juice
Juice of ½ lime
Shake all ingredients until well-chilled and strain into Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish with lime wheel.

Blonde on Blonde

2 oz. Bombay Sapphire East
½ oz Fresh Ginger Syrup
½ oz. Fresh grapefruit juice
Combine all ingredients, shake, pour over fresh rocks into Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with grapefruit peel/potentially lemongrass

Rhapsody in Blue

2 oz. George Dickel Rye
½ oz. Dolin Rouge
½ oz. Dolin Dry
½ oz. Housemade Blueberry Grenadine

Hot Mary

2 oz Tito’s
½ oz. house bloody spice mix
Juice of ½ lemon
Tomato juice
Combine all ingredients.

2.5 oz. Fig-infused Bulleit Bourbon
1 oz. Dolin’s sweet vermouth
1  dash maple bitters
1 piece candied, bruleed bacon
