Among the many hardworking agriculturalists who have contributed to our current menus, we give a special shout-out to Middlefield Original Cheese Co-op in Middlefield, Green Field Farms in Fredericksburg,  Holiday Italian Sausage in Cleveland, and KJ Greens in Bristolville.
