Crop Bistro & Bar is the flagship operation of Rolling Fire Enterprises, the concept-development arm of our culinary undertakings. Rolling Fire projects include a variety of Crop-developed foods initiatives as well as Cleveland Food Rocks!, a non-profit, grass-roots organization that seeks to showcase the city’s vibrant food-and-music scene.
