Crop Bistro & Bar is the flagship operation of Rolling Fire Enterprises, the concept-development arm of our culinary undertakings. Other Rolling Fire projects include LocalCrop.com, a virtual farmers’ market linking area farmers, growers, and artisanal producers with local chefs, with Sysco as distribution partner; a variety of Crop-developed foods initiatives; and Cleveland Food Rocks!, a non-profit, grass-roots organization that seeks to showcase the city’s vibrant food-and-music scene.
